Cosmic pizza may have never came to be if I had not been living on the West Coast and driving 45 minutes in any direction in an attempt to obtain a decent thin crust pizza. I was not very successful in my pursuit of a kind pie. I found myself living in an area that was mostly cut off from the true crispy thin crust. My friends and I both began to experience a withdrawal from the thinnest of the thin crust. I scrambled to gather all of my knowledge of food, my experiences helping my grandmother as a child and within days I was on a journey to make a true thin crust pizza with a good sauce.

At first I made a pizza that was good enough to eat yet not completely what I wanted, my friends raved it was the best around. I began to work on a pizza sauce and through time I have put together a truly tasty sauce with just the right amount of zip and two really great thin style crusts.

Today, be it New York Style Crust or St. Louis Style Crust we are known for some of the very best pizza in Cincinnati !  In November of 2011 Cincinnati Magazine reviewed the top 50 pizza restaurants in Cincinnati and ranked Cosmic Pizza No. # 4 ! 

We want to be No. 1 not just for pizza but for our from scratch Bolognese (meat sauce) . So try our Bolognese and see if you don't agree that it's the best in Cincinnati.
